Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY that will be applied to your account. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be approved please email us order number and item at email@example.com and we will issue you a return authorization code and address.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless there was a mistake on our end. Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit All returns must be received within 7 days of the date that your order was delivered.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes anything with a coupon code.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain free (no makeup & deodorant included), no animal hair, no smell of smoke, must not be a final sale and return within the date range and return policy and all tags must still be attached. Shoes must be returned in the shoe box. Please note: The shoe box cannot be used as the shipping container.
